Payments & Refunds
All fees for services are shared with you clearly before we begin any work. Payment is due as agreed upon in your service plan. Because we dedicate time, care, and planning into every project, all payments are non-refundable once work begins—unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Need to cancel or move a call? No problem. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.
